Compliance and Legal Responsibility

1. Compliance with laws and regulations

(1) Users should strictly abide by the laws and regulations of their respective countries/regions when using the platform services, and should not engage in any illegal activities, including but not limited to infringing intellectual property rights, fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, etc.

(2) Users shall respect intellectual property rights and shall not purchase or sell infringing goods. For infringing goods or acts found, the platform will deal with them in accordance with the law and hold the relevant responsible persons legally liable.

2. Legal Liabilities

(1) If the user violates this Agreement or laws and regulations, the platform has the right to take measures such as warning, restricting account functions, terminating services, and seeking legal responsibility. For users with serious circumstances or causing adverse effects, the platform will seriously investigate their legal responsibilities.

(2) If the user causes losses to the platform or other users due to breach of contract, the user shall bear the corresponding liability for compensation, including direct economic losses, indirect economic losses and reasonable legal fees.
